3. Frequency as Medicine

4. Erotic Innocence as Remembrance

Eros here is innocence restored — the raw current of life-force moving through body and breath. It is prayer in circulation, desire and creativity manifesting as sacred force. Meeting Eros in innocence is an act of remembrance, a return to aliveness as holy ground.

We follow the spiral, not the straight line. Cosmosomatics moves in cycles, not hierarchies, attuning to the zodiac as a spiral of becoming. It begins not at Aries but at the 13th House — the black womb, the void, the cosmic mother. From there life emerges again and again.

6. We and I Together

The personal “I” and the collective “We” are not opposites but dance partners. Cosmosomatics honors both sovereignty and community. To walk in this field is to feel how your unique pulse resonates within the wider web — co-regulation as cosmology.

7. Truth is Felt

Truth is not something we argue into being, it is something we embody. It reveals itself in sensation, in resonance, in the way the body knows before the mind explains. Coherence comes not through persuasion but through what is palpably felt together.

8. Ritual as Living Technology
